Comparing Apples and Oranges In the land of fruits, there's a contest, Where apples and oranges, they do present. An apple is round, bright red or green, An orange is round, with a bright peel. But when we compare, we see they're quite different, Like two friends who are quite the opposite. An apple is sweet, but not always so, While an orange is sour, but it's so. Apples grow on trees, in the cold and in the heat, Oranges grow in warm places, where sunshine meets. Apples can be eaten raw or baked in a pie, Oranges are often juiced or used in a pie. So when we compare these two fruits so fine, Remember that differences make them shine. Just like friends who are different but still great, Apples and oranges, they're both just right. |
